The goal of Peer Preaching Coaching is to enrich and strengthen your unique preaching ministry. In either individual or group coaching sessions, the coach helps the preacher explore aspects of their identity and their practices. The preacher directs the areas on which sessions focus. Sometimes the focus is on questions related to a particular sermon and strengthening a particular skill. Sometimes the focus is on the sermon development process and establishing authentic practices.
