What is Group Coaching?
When a small group of preachers (5-6) commit to learning alongside (with and from) one another.
Preachers take turns being the focus for each session; presenting a case study or sermon and identifying the particular areas they want to explore.
An initial hour session of orientation to the process, and, to establish group expectations is complementary.
Mandy is currently forming small groups that will run October of 2026 through March of 2027.
Groups meet for a two hour session monthly. Each preacher is the focus preacher twice, and, has a one-on-one coaching session in the weeks following each.
Cost to participate is $500 per preacher.
